Ok, so I managed to come across a few more minutes to fix the photo gallery issues. All the pictures should be fixed, some are captioned, and the thumbnails are now visible.

So it has been a lot harder to find time to get pictures and such online than I had hoped. I finally got my first set of pictures online as Misc Sep 2005. I did not have time to make the thumbnails so the index page will have a bunch of broken images, but if you click on the broken image the larger version still works. I'll have to go back and fix the thumbnails and the pictures that got messed up in the resize process, but I don't have time to do that now...

Things are going pretty well here. The first week was really hectic getting used to who we're grouped with and getting things done that needed to get done. Now that the first two weeks are over, we're starting to have a little time to ourselves which is nice.

Hopefully pretty soon I'll have some pictures from OTS to share with you, but I have not had the opportunity to take any yet.

So I spent the last few weeks in Florida trying hard not to get myself killed. Florida, in contrast, tried pretty hard to ensure I didn't leave that state alive. After being stalked by mountain lions, sleeping with wild boars, having our food eaten by fire ants, wading through tons of spider webs (spiders as big as your face), being stung by jellyfish and braving the tropical storm from the edges of Rita - I feel I've acomplished something just having made it to Montgomery. Of course, you know you're in Alabama when you see this billboard: "Saturday is the Lord's day. Sunday laws are the mark of the devil."

So now that my Florida vacation is officially over, it's time to start the amazing fun that will be my 12 weeks here at Maxwell AFB in Alabama.

I've got a bunch of great pictures of most of the things that tried to kill me in Florida and some of the things here that I'll try to post when I have some time but finding the right combination of equipment to allow me to both get the pictures from my camera and post them online.

Hmm...

So I haven't made a post to the news in well over a year.... Well, for site news over the past year:

I've upgraded the site to SMF instead of YaBBSE. At the moment, you have to use the forum index to log in and out of the site, but that should be changing in the (near) future.
Added several new tools to the Game Links section... Basically I've just been playing around with some of the things that PHP can do.
I added a link to the menu for the driving test that me and Young Rok made a few years back. It's been sitting around on the site for awhile so I figured I'd add a link to it.
I am going to be re-doing the photo album so that it fits in the new scheme and uploading it pretty soon. When I do I'll add a link to that too.
